Support that helps students succeed

Healthy communities feel safe and welcoming, so we focus on creating a safe and homely environment where people can quickly feel supported and part of a community. Community drives student experience.

Community applies to our teams too. Our people are treated with respect and fairness and they are given the training, and support they need to do their jobs well.

We also work hard to engage, consult and listen to our neighbours, and actively supporting local jobs and young people. We actively support jobs and young people in the local community.

How we work

We know that ideas have more impact when people come together

Our People

Responsible people, treated with respect and fairness that you can trust to do their jobs well. Find out more about who our people are and how they support our partners and their students.

Respect

Communities only work if you respect the people that live and work in them. For UPP respect for our staff, the needs of our residents and those of our partners is critical.

Investment

We invest in cultural and community initiatives that support students. We also support our partners to help them achieve their cultural and charitable goals.
