We recognise the great achievements of our people through giving Kudos.
Our Kudos programme is at the heart of celebrating success across our business and strengthens our commitment to recognising and rewarding team and individual achievements and living our values and behaviours.
The programme works across five different levels from thanking each other for a job well done, to nominating monthly kudos awards to individuals and teams to our annual People Awards ceremony.
Our People Awards ceremony is one of the most important events in the UPP calendar where we come together to celebrate those who have really excelled in their role. Nominations are made by colleagues across the business meaning everyone who is shortlisted for an award knows how valued they are by their peers and co-workers.
UPP also recognises the dedication that our teams show by celebrating 2, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 year service milestones. When one of these milestones is reached, you’ll receive a certificate, vouchers, and pin badge!
