Creating a great working environment

Our people are at the heart of how we operate.

That’s why we believe everyone at UPP should be treated with respect, creating an environment where we feel valued, connected and a sense of belonging.  Valuing our differences is what makes UPP a growing success and an organisation we can all be proud of.

We have an established employee network, bringing together colleagues across UPP who are passionate about Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI).

UPP has a commitment to EDI and we all have a role to play in making these a reality. It’s an important part of our journey as it frames the way we work to build an even better UPP.

The network serves as a space to build connections and celebrate our diversity. I’m glad to represent our diverse network and community, feeling valued to be able to play my part in ensuring our network commitments materialize into reality.

Supporting your physical and mental wellbeing

Forming strong connections and creating an environment that brings people together is important for how we operate and work collaboratively with each other, our partners, and the student community.

Our site teams are located across the country and deliver services through long-term partnerships with 15 leading universities, supported by our corporate services teams in our London Arthur Street and Nottingham City Gate offices.

We are thrilled with our Fitwel certification – it’s a real achievement in terms of demonstrating how the environment helps meet the needs of colleagues working in the building
