UPP is proud to announce that our sustainable growth and development has been recognised with two nominations in Property Week’s prestigious Property Awards.
We have been shortlisted in the Large Property Company of the Year category, as well as for PropTech Innovator of the Year in recognition of the development of our operational platform and resident lifestyle app, Home @Halls.
The awards bring together the key players in the commercial property market, including developers, entrepreneurs, investors, financiers and agencies. They are judged by an esteemed panel of experts from the commercial property industry.
Our nomination in the Large Property Company of the Year category recognises the outstanding achievements of our teams in 2023, a year which included almost £20m invested in our portfolio, developments towards exciting new partnerships with leading universities, and the publication of our first annual sustainability report.
Home@Halls, an innovative, market-leading facilities management operational platform and resident lifestyle app used by our internal operational teams across the UK and 27,000 student residents, has been nominated in the PropTech Innovator of the year category, recognising the achievement of developing and rolling out the software which has received fantastic feedback from our student residents, site teams and university partners.
We are proud of these award nominations that are testament to our teams across the country who work hard every day to provide sector-leading accommodation for over 35,000 students.
