Carnegie Village is on Headingley campus, making it the top location for students who want to walk to the University without the fuss of transport.
Its infrastructure was ground-breaking for the sector; the building achieved an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating in 2010 due to its design focus on reducing carbon footprint and was the UK’s first student accommodation to be Passivhaus accredited.
Carnegie Village houses 479 students across its site and offers both standard en-suite, shared bathroom and studio accommodation.
Ensuite rooms all have their own bathroom and share a kitchen between nine students.
Standard rooms are in flats sharing a kitchen and bathroom of up to 12 students.
