Bay Campus is one of the few university campuses in the UK with direct access to the beach and its own seafront promenade making it a popular choice for students.
The estate transfer of 2,021 rooms at Bay Campus took place in 2018 with a further 411 rooms being transferred in 2019.
UPP deliver a full facilities management service to Bay Campus and complement this with student experience initiatives to ensure that residents are supported and feel part of a resident community in their home away from home.
