The University of Hull attracts a wide range of students needing flexible, affordable accommodation.
Through our partnership, UPP has developed new rooms offering a choice of single occupancy through to large townhouses, whilst also refurbishing existing accommodation to create affordable alternatives.
All rooms are within a stone’s throw of the University’s academic facilities, providing a green, landscaped environment as well as incorporating spaces for social and wellbeing facilities

Accommodation offering
Campus houses
Campus houses have an atmosphere of communal living with bedrooms arranged over 3 floors and residents sharing a spacious kitchen, lounge and dining area on the ground floor.
There are 4 bedrooms on the first and second floors with a further 3 bedrooms on the top floor. Each floor includes two bathrooms with a shared WC on the ground floor
Ensuite rooms
The ensuite rooms are arranged into flats of up to 8 with students sharing a kitchen, living and dining area.
Each bedroom is equipped with a 4ft double bed, fitted furniture; double wardrobe, shelving, desk, pedestal, chair, noticeboards and an ensuite bathroom.
1 bed flat
The 1 bed flats provide a separate bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and large vanity unit with an adjoining ensuite.
There is a fully fitted kitchenette, dining area, work station and lounge space.
4 bed flat
The four bed flat features a shared kitchen, lounge and dining area, plus two bathrooms.
The bedrooms are equipped with contemporary furniture and are designed for students wishing to share with fewer people.
Studio flat
Each studio has its own private kitchenette and en-suite. Studios have ample storage space and are fully fitted with a double bed, workstation with desk chair, breakfast bar and stools, wardrobe, vanity unit and seating area.
The studio is ideal for residents who would like their own facilities whilst also benefiting from the communal spaces provided.
