UPP’s partnership with the University of Nottingham has included the development of 1,109 high specification ensuite cluster flats, ensuite studios and the redevelopment of stock transfer rooms to meet the demands of both current and prospective students. The remaining transfer stock has been redeveloped to refresh the accommodation and improve the ratio of bathroom facilities within each flat, enhancing this affordable room grade further.
Resident wellbeing is of paramount importance. The Courtyard social hub offers spaces to study, relax, game and even enjoy a meal with friends. Outdoor seating areas, landscaped open spaces and an outdoor gym are in place to encourage residents to spend time outside as well as inside their accommodation.
The UPP home at halls app is available for residents to keep up to date on events and activities happening within the residences and to communicate with staff on matters such as maintenance requests and providing feedback.
The partnership includes three sites; Broadgate Park and two smaller satellite residences, Albion House and Cloister House.
A wide variety of accommodation across all three residences is enhanced with study spaces as well as socialising and wellbeing areas.
