UPP, the leading provider of on-campus student accommodation infrastructure and facilities management services in the UK, has been successfully re-accredited as Gold in the Investors in People standard.
“Investors in People” is an international standard that focuses on how organisations support their people at work and how they create a great experience for colleagues. The ‘We invest in people’ Gold standard is an outstanding achievement for any company, with only 26% of accredited organisations achieving this.
UPP has held an IiP accreditation for over ten years and was initially awarded Gold in November 2020.
